Rainbows from God

Twice, when I doubted, God showed me twin rainbows in the sky to remind me that He keeps His promises...I want to remember how much I have been blessed with...

Bzzzzzz....

Bzzz...in every sense -- busy shopping for the baby and our new flat; and zzz...as early as I can. :p Seem harder to sleep soundly these days...too much on my mind, I guess; but I'm happy. :) With a loving husband who is my best friend and partner in everything, what more can I ask. Nothing is really stressful since I'm not doing things alone.

Poor Andrew sprained his back on Sunday lugging the baby's new changing station-cum-drawer set from Ikea (31kg) and cot-cum-playpen from John Little (13kg). Worse yesterday -- he came down with a sudden high temperature in the afternoon. Turned out to be food poisoning from some almost-cooked chicken rice from Dover hawker centre, we think. So I'm home today -- playing nurse and amah. ;p Don't feel secure leaving him home alone though he's such a big man with definitely more medical knowledge than I do. His temperature has been fluctuating through the night.

Well, I can do a bit of packing and tidying in the house. Hopefully the house can be neat enough for another party for Mid Autumn Festival. Then we can have friends over for mooncake and tea. :) It'll be nice...we're hoping to have a few more parties here before we move to the new place -- enjoy the space while we still have it. The new place will only be half the size of this even though it's cozy and easier to handle for us.
