Progress
February has ended; so has 元宵 marked the close of 春节. The whole month had been practically written off as 'school holidays', hehe... Especially for those two weeks when KH was on holidays, the girls were 'reminding' him last thing every night, and first thing every morning -- 'Daddy don't need to go to work, ok? 'Daddy stay at home, ok?' or 'Daddy go gai gai with us, ok?' We've had a wonderful time. :)
Faith didn't stop learning, even though we were 'on holidays'. She is so keen and I enjoy taking school with her everywhere, anytime! How wonderful has God made His little children; so keen to learn about His world.
Thought I'd just make a note on her progress I've observed this month:
Hopefully Grandma can take some of the attention from Joy and Peace off me, so I can do more with Faith during her visit.

Thought I'd just make a note on her progress I've observed this month:
- She is listens to and understands my instructions better, as we do simple activities from books.
- She listens more, and interrupts less when we read aloud to her.
- She has better control as she traces dotted lines with pencils.
- She traces her finger on big printed numbers and letters when she sees them.
- I taught her simple addition with her fingers (up to 10). She's counting -- and having fun. :)
- She started attending painting and clay workshops at an art school in 红梅路 before the Chinese New Year holidays. She is trying harder to communicate in Mandarin.
- Oh, I also noticed she understands the concept of 'different' now. :) So, I could reinforce that.
Hopefully Grandma can take some of the attention from Joy and Peace off me, so I can do more with Faith during her visit.
