Fuzhou fish/meat balls ala My Style? Of course much bigger, thinner skin with more meat fillings, and more chewy la! Hahaha...bought fish paste and tried my hand making from scratch.
Always proud of home made -- doesn't matter authentic or not; what matters more is you can have it the way you like it. ;p After all, WE are eating it what~ :p

Looks yummy... except the meat, I don't believe God wanted man to eat God's other creations !
I would cook it just as yummy with marinated soyabean balls instead. ;)
